Le Red Tiger

Le Red Tiger is a lively Vietnamese street food bar in the Village that’s equal parts party and comfort. The neon-lit space—designed by Atelier Mainor—channels casual charm with its yellow accents, black-and-white tiling, and sunny garage doors that swing open in summer. On the menu, chef Thach Phong draws on family recipes to serve bold, shareable dishes: mini bánh khọt with pork and shrimp, braised pork chops, crispy wings, and spring rolls packed with flavour. Third-generation Vietnamese owners Dan Pham, Emilie Nguyen, and Phong bring decades of hospitality experience to the project, creating a space that feels both personal and full of energy. Cocktails and a smart beer list round things out.
