Les Trois Mousquetaires

Three former Imperial Tobacco coworkers who lost their jobs when the factory closed decided to become brewers instead. That origin story, equal parts pragmatic and romantic, has aged well. Founded in Brossard in 2004, Les Trois Mousquetaires built its reputation quietly, leaning into German styles at a time when Quebec craft beer was still finding its footing. The brewery was among the first in the province to work seriously with local malteries, converting its recipes to incorporate Quebec-grown malt sourced from Thetford Mines and Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac. Today its range spans three tiers, Regular, Signature, and Grande Cuvée, and its bottles are available across Quebec and beyond. There's no taproom, just a retail shop, which suits a brewery that has always let the beer do the talking.
