Pizza Balagan

Pizza Balagan is a neighbourhood pizzeria in Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie turning out New York–style pies with a sharp focus on craft and quality. Run by chef Alexis Cohen, the operation keeps things intentionally small—only about 40 doughs are made daily, each one fermented and hand-stretched to achieve the perfect balance of chew and char. The menu sticks to a few core options: the classic Balagan O.G., the truffle-rich Chaos Truffé, and the fully loaded Ménage à Trois, all made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. There’s no seating and no gimmicks—just consistently excellent pizza served hot from the oven, with the kind of attention to detail that’s earned it a growing cult following.
