Avant-Garde Artisans Brasseurs is a microbrewery and pizza spot anchored by a wood-fired oven and an open kitchen. Founded by Renaud Gouin and Shawn Duriez, the project was built around European beer styles and oak-barrel aging, with a house lineup covering a range of beer styles made on-site. The food centres on plates like fried calamari, chicken wings, and four different kinds of mussel dishes, alongside an array of pizzas, all designed for sharing over a few rounds.
