
DAX Glace

An ice cream counter attached to Café DAX on avenue Van Horne in Outremont, DAX Glace extends the specialty coffee shop's design-forward, detail-oriented ethos into frozen desserts. The menu draws on a few distinct formats: New Zealand-style ice cream blended to order with fresh fruit using a Little Jem machine; artisanal soft serve with house-made dips and toppings; signature sundaes; and café-driven creations including affogatos and iced espresso drinks that pull directly from the Café DAX universe next door. Artisanal popsicles made in small batches and vegan options round out the lineup. The two spaces share an address at 1457–1461 avenue Van Horne, and the connection is literal as well as conceptual: you can move between the café and the ice cream counter without stepping outside.
