Fiore Gelato

Fiore Gelato brings a dual heritage to a stretch of Chabanel Street better known for garment warehouses than dessert. Chef Walid trained in Bologna and spent over a decade refining his craft before opening the shop, and the Italian foundations show in the texture: dense, creamy gelato churned in small batches from whole ingredients, with real fruit driving the sorbets. The flavour board is where things get interesting.
Classics like pistachio and tiramisu share space with Lebanese-inspired creations such as sahlab, halawa, rose lokum, and orange blossom, plus an avocado gelato that has built a following of its own. Rotating seasonal flavours, halal and lactose-free options, and take-home tubs round out the offer, and a small terrasse makes it easy to linger on warm days.
