Smash Mzl

Smash MZL is a fully kosher smash burger counter, MK-certified, built around crispy-edged patties and pareve cheese that keeps everything within the rules without sacrificing the melt. The Smash MZL simple stacks cheddar-style pareve cheese, lettuce, onion and house pickles under the signature sauce, while the 514 Smoked Meat Smash adds a Montreal accent with smoked meat, Swiss-style pareve cheese and jalapeños. Fried chicken gets its due too, from the "KFC" kadosh sandwich to double-crisped wings glazed in sweet Thai chili or house BBQ. Wavy fries come plain or loaded with smoked meat, gravy and pareve cheddar sauce, and a kids' menu keeps the youngest members of the table covered.
