PB&Joy started as a mobile espresso cart—and it still rolls up to events across Montreal—but its new brick-and-mortar in Saint-Henri gives this joyful little operation a proper home base. The name riffs on the classic peanut butter and jam sandwich, which also happens to be one of their signature grilled offerings, alongside combos like brie with guava or cheddar and smoked meat. Coffee stays classic: espresso, cortado, mocha, and more, all served in a snug, welcoming space. Still expanding their food options and adding local jams to the mix, PB&Joy is grounded in community and caffeine, with the charm of a start-up that knows exactly what it’s doing.
