Bar Figata is an Italian bar filtered through a Montreal lens—late hours, shared plates, music that keeps the room moving. Headed by Steve Marcone, best known for Bistro Amerigo, the project leans into the logic of aperitivo without freezing it in amber. The menu favours straightforward, shareable dishes—polpette, calamari, crudo, pasta meant to arrive when the table’s ready, not when the clock says so—while classics like osso buco and baccalà anchor things when the night stretches on.
