Housed in a former student residence at 01 Boulevard René-Lévesque Est, Hotel ZERO1 has been part of the downtown landscape since 2010. After a full-scale renovation by Groupe Cholette, the 12-storey building reopened as a modern boutique hotel—clean lines, bold design, and compact rooms that punch above their weight.
