Maison Grinder is a small hotel in Griffintown opened in September 2025 by the team behind Grinder Restaurant. Designed as a contemporary multi-storey house, it has 15 rooms furnished with Quebec-made pieces, walnut parquet flooring, lime-wash walls, and original brickwork. Each room includes heated bathroom floors, goose-down duvets, and a Nespresso machine, with breakfast served directly in-room.
The hotel offers valet and concierge service, and accepts pets for an added fee. Maison Grinder’s approach reflects the restaurant group’s emphasis on detail and craftsmanship, extending their focus on hospitality to accommodation. Its location places guests within walking distance of several of the group’s other projects, including the restaurant Grinder, the Grinder Butcher Shop, and the modern seafood restaurant Makro.
