Morning, Montreal.
Over at our office up in Little Italy, I knew a lot was changing on the website, but it was all so... breakneck. Couldn't keep track, really, so I sat down with The Main's founder Phil Tabah to take stock of all of it.
Here's what I learned: The site is moving fast, and the past two weeks have brought some of the most meaningful improvements since launch.
Guides now let you switch between a condensed and expanded view depending on how you like to browse. Map experiences are smoother, and article pages have been rebuilt with better-placed ads and related content that surfaces naturally as you read. The Main is also now eligible for Google News inclusion, and French-language guides are properly optimized so they show up where they should in search.
