Entre-Deux

When a café-bar hybrid opens on a stretch of Sherbrooke West better known for pharmacies and dépanneurs, people notice. Since 2021, Entre-Deux has helped shift the rhythm of NDG’s main artery—bringing a little polish, a lot of warmth, and a steady flow of locals who’ve made it part of their routine.

The space, designed by Guillaume Lavallée, strikes a balance between casual and carefully composed: green accents, hanging plants, a sleek bar stocked with natural wine. Its name nods to that balance too—half café, half buvette, all ease. Behind it are veterans of Mano Cornuto, Cloakroom, and Atwater Cocktail Club, whose experience shows in the details: handmade pasta from a neighbour, cocktails infused with herbs and duck fat, and a menu that shifts with the seasons.
