Laurie Raphaël is the long-running, intergenerational project of a family that helped define Quebec City’s culinary identity. Opened in 1991 by chef Daniel Vézina and Suzanne Gagnon, the restaurant is now helmed by their son Raphaël in the kitchen, with daughter Laurie managing operations.
