Champagne, cuisse de canard, and a live rock show.
Red Bull Heavy Metal came into town during the last Nuit Blanche weekend and Montreal showed out. North America’s preeminent winter city proved again why the season is such a serious play for Montrealers. Before it all went down, Red Bull hosted a private dinner on the docked La Bateau Mouche which set the energy for the rest of the weekend, and The Main was right in the middle of it all.

In honour of this being the street competition’s first-ever stop in Canada, Red Bull brought in creators and special guests from all across Canada and some friends from the States. Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal creators were well represented. Our DJ was in his bag with some bouncy deep cuts that got me out of my seat to shake his hand. At the dinner table we summed up that Montreal and quality boat concepts go hand in hand. Folks came in fresh from Bota Bota, finding their calm before the chaos of tequila shots.
