Kinton Ramen (Sainte-Catherine x Guy)

Kinton Ramen brought its “golden pig” philosophy from Toronto to Montreal in 2016, opening first on Bishop Street and later adding this address at Sainte-Catherine and Guy. Both locations deliver the brand’s signature formula: customizable bowls built from broth (pork or chicken), flavour base (original, shoyu, miso, spicy), noodle type, and garnishes like nori, seasoned egg, or corn. Karaage fried chicken, vegetarian ramen, and side dishes round out the menu, with specials like jalapeño chicken and kaarage ramen appearing on rotation.

Founded by the Kinka family and chef Aki Urata of Kinka Izakaya, Kinton is known for fast service and rich bowls served in warm, wood-toned rooms designed for both counter dining and groups.
