Two Montreal restaurants have cracked the Top 10 in this year’s cross-country ranking from Air Canada’s enRoute magazine.
In the 2025 edition of the Best New Restaurants list, Halifax’s Mystic took the #1 spot, followed by Montreal’s Le Violon at #2. Toronto’s aKin rounded out the top three. Pasta Pooks, another Montreal entry, landed at #9.
Montreal also made a strong showing across the long list of finalists, with Bona Fide, Restaurant Limbo, Molenne, Restaurant Panacée, Claire Jacques, Sushi Nishinokaze, and Rotisserie La Lune all recognized among the country’s standout new openings.
