Rufus & Anna

Rufus & Anna is a rotisserie and cocktail bar in Hochelaga from the team behind Blind Pig, Junco, and Éléonore. The space blends retro-modern polish with a neighbourhood feel—leather booths, vintage lighting, and a long stone bar set the tone for slow evenings and shared plates. On the menu: smoked chicken, ribs, and seasonal sides from chef Nicolas Marra, with thoughtful touches like chimichurri-drizzled flank steak, chicken liver mousse, and a Quebec strawberry shortcake when in season.

Drinks are just as considered. The cocktail list follows the migratory route of the Rufous hummingbird from Quebec to Guatemala, using regional spirits and ingredients to build layered, narrative-driven creations.
