Bisou Bisou est un charmant bar à cocktails situé au cœur du Vieux-Montréal, idéal pour un apéritif ou une sortie nocturne. Ouvert en 2023, cet endroit élégant inspiré de la Méditerranée est proposé par Kevin Demers (Coldroom et El Pequeño), Gregory Buda (Dead Rabbit et Beagle à New York), et Robert Weeks (Hawksmoor à Londres et Coldroom). Le bar dispose d'un cadre cosy et intime avec des tons gris et des accents orange brûlé, pouvant accueillir confortablement environ 60 personnes. Le menu des cocktails met l'accent sur des boissons de style apéritif, avec un mélange d'options alcoolisées, peu alcoolisées et non alcoolisées.
