You've got a hell of weekend ahead of you as the fork in the road leads to one of two choices: You either enter the throngs of massive moments like the St. Patrick's Day Parade, huge conventions, or Cabane Panache, or you bank away from it all and chill out with art and music in calmer settings. We did our best to keep it all balanced between those options this time around. Godspeed.
