      Morning, Montreal.

It’s a bit cliché of Canadians to talk about the weather all the time, but oftentimes clichés are clichés because they’re true. It is something which binds us together, be it shared pains or pleasures.

On that note: This time of year’s always rough and tumble, isn’t it? A proverbial boxing match with weather as we bob and weave between good times that fool us into a sense of security and a pummelling of what can only described as, well, shite. Normally it would be difficult to keep spirits up after getting high temps and sun—hell, even a bit of a tan—from the last weekend, only see all fade away in drizzling rain and pelting hail.
