Situé dans le Mile End de Montréal, Le Plongeoir est un bar à vin inspiré de la plongée créé par Antoine Denis, Frédéric Létourneau-Archambault et John Hale. Cet établissement de 35 places mélange une ambiance décontractée de ruelle avec un accent sur des vins naturels de haute qualité et abordables. La décoration présente des murs blanchis à la chaux, des garnitures vert foncé et une table de billard classique éclairée par une lampe en vitrail, évoquant une atmosphère européenne décontractée.
